Refund and Cancellation
We exchange/accept return of only those products that report manufacturing defect. Such products maybe be returned/exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
You can cancel an order untill it has been process in our warehouse by sending us an email to email@example.com. This includes items purchase on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into the same account/card from which the payment was done.
You can also modify your shipping address of your order before we have processed/shipped, by contacting our customer support team at +91-9935612319.
If you cancel part of the order shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any product being returned must be in its original packing along with any free items with the order.
We have reserved the rights to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. We reserve our right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and the user's credit/debit/cash card/netbanking etc. charged. If user's credit/debit/cash card/net-banking etc has already been charged for the purchase and user's order is cancel we shall immediately issue a credit/refund to user's credit/debit/cash card/net-banking account for the amount of the charge.
Note: If you have made a payment using a credit card/debit card or net-banking etc. the refund may take 5 to 15 working days to reflect into your account.
